Sarah Ago is a minister, speaker, and creator of the EMERGE Method- a pathway for progressive Christians and women in transition to reclaim their voice, reconnect with their needs, and rebuild their relationship with God from the inside out.

After nearly two decades in ministry and a life-changing walk on the Camino de Santiago, Sarah now helps others untangle the toxic theology that taught them to disappear- and gently guides them back to themselves.

At the heart of Sarah’s work is the EMERGE Method- a transformational framework that leads you out of the shadows of shame, fear, and spiritual exhaustion and into a life aligned with your divine design.

Grounded in her years of ministry, personal healing, and deep spiritual inquiry, EMERGE offers a new way forward for those who want to reclaim their voice, honor their humanity, and walk in step with a God of love- not legalism.

 

  • Begin by tuning into the voice within- the part of you that longs, aches, and hopes. This is where truth starts. You were created with desires for a reason.

  • Before you can rebuild your faith, you have to rebuild trust with the person at the center of it all: you. Wholeness begins when you stop disappearing.

  • For too long, women have been told to stay silent. This step is about reclaiming your voice- gently, powerfully, and with sacred conviction.

  • You are not an afterthought. Your life, your job, your presence- it all matters deeply. It’s time to live like that’s true.

  • Old narratives can keep you small. This phase invites you to name and release what no longer fits, with grace and support along the way. 

  • This is where it all comes together - when you begin to live, lead, and love from a place of deep alignment, sacred rest, and unshakable worth.
